How we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the NoblePeak app.
This Privacy Policy explains what information NoblePeak Auto Detailing (“we,” “us”) collects when you use our app and website, and how we use it.
Your account and booking data is stored with Supabase, a database provider that uses encryption and access controls to protect it. Access is restricted so that only you — and, where necessary, authorized NoblePeak staff coordinating your booking — can see your information.
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to provide the Service:
The app uses your browser’s local storage and session tools to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don’t use this data for advertising.
You can review and update your name, phone number, and vehicles at any time from the Profile tab. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Profile → Delete account — this removes your profile, saved vehicles, bookings, and rewards history from our systems.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example, payment records).
The Service is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required to form a contract under the laws of Ghana.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
