The terms that govern your use of the NoblePeak Auto Detailing app and doorstep car care services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NoblePeak Auto Detailing app and website (together, the “Service”), operated by NoblePeak Auto Detailing (“NoblePeak,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws of Ghana to create an account. If you’re booking on behalf of someone else (for example, a family member’s car), you’re confirming you have their permission to do so.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account — including your name, email, and contact number — and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
When you book a service, you agree to provide an accurate service address and a working contact number, since our technician uses that number to reach you on arrival. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if the address is inaccessible, the vehicle isn’t available at the scheduled time, or conditions make the service unsafe to carry out.
Prices are shown in Ghanaian cedis (GH₵) at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Paystack — NoblePeak does not store your card details. Noble Rewards membership tiers are billed for the period you select and renew only if you choose to renew them.
We serve all of Accra. Bookings within our main coverage area — Legon, Madina, and close environs — are charged at standard pricing. Bookings elsewhere in Accra carry a 30% out-of-zone fee, shown clearly in the app before you confirm your booking.
You can cancel an upcoming booking from within the app. Whether a cancellation fee applies depends on how close to the scheduled time you cancel — full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Noble Rewards points are earned for eligible completed bookings and can be redeemed for a free wash once you reach the program goal shown in the app. Points tied to a cancelled booking are reversed. We may adjust the program — including the points goal or rewards offered — from time to time, with changes taking effect for future bookings.
We take reasonable care with every vehicle we service and use paint-safe products and techniques. We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left inside the vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including making fraudulent bookings, abusing or threatening our staff, or attempting to interfere with the app’s normal operation. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
